How does Juno protect against accidental app deletion or system misconfiguration?
Juno features a dedicated Admin Mode protected by a custom PIN. Once activated, Kiosk Mode locks down system settings, disables app deletion, and prevents seniors from accidentally leaving or hiding the simplified interface.
How does the SOS emergency button work?
Tapping the prominent red SOS emergency button initiates a loud 5-second countdown that gives seniors time to cancel accidental presses. If not canceled, Juno automatically dials the stored primary emergency contact and sends an SMS with the exact GPS location as a Google Maps link to relatives.
How long does initial setup take for family members?
Setup takes about 10 minutes. Relatives can configure custom photo buttons for important contacts, select high-priority apps, adjust text size and contrast, and back up the complete configuration to Google Drive for easy restoration.

Can volume accidentally be muted by senior users?
No. Juno includes an automated Volume Protection mechanism. If the ringtone or media volume is accidentally reduced below the safety threshold, Juno automatically restores it to the configured minimum level so calls are never missed.
